Open Gym

Open Gym is the perfect opportunity for athletes to work on their tumbling skills, build strength, flexibility, and practice drills. Our Open Gym sessions are 60 minutes long and have a coach on duty to ensure your safety. With Open Gym, you'll have the time and space to work on any skills you choose and take your game to the next level.

Week of: 

  • July 9 - 15

  • July 23 - 29

  • July 30 - August 5

  • August 6 - 12

  • August 13 - 19

  • August 20 - 26

Tuesday's 5:00 - 6:00pm 

 

Thursday's 6:30 - 7:30pm
