Recreational 

Pure Impact Cheerleading Recreational classes are a great introductory to cheerleading or a fun opportunity for those with cheerleading experience to be involved without committing to competitions. Learn new skills, improve on existing skills and stay active in fun atmosphere! Pure Impact Cheerleading Recreational programs are offered for all ages from 3 years to 14 years, and include a variety of tumbling, stunting and jumping! 

 

*There are no competitions associated with the recreational programs, nor are there uniform fees.

2022/2023 Recreational Program

Rec. 3-5 Cheer

Our Rec. 3-5 Cheer is the perfect class for beginners and introduction to the cheerleading world! Our young cheerleaders will learn and practice the fundamentals of cheerleading like jumps, stunts, tumble & dance.

Duration: 60 minutes 

Rec. 6-8 Cheer

Our Rec. 6-8 Cheer is the perfect class for beginners and introduction to the cheerleading world! Our 6-8 year old cheerleaders will learn and practice the fundamentals of cheerleading like jumps, stunts, tumble & dance. They will also learn about body awareness, build strength and flexibility alongside their coach(es) and teammates

Duration: 60 minutes 

Rec. 9-14 Cheer

Our Rec. 9-14 Cheer is the perfect class for beginners and introduction to the cheerleading world! Our 9-14 year old cheerleaders will learn and practice the fundamentals of cheerleading like jumps, stunts, tumble & dance. They will also learn about body awareness, build strength and flexibility alongside their coach(es) and teammates

Beginner Tumbling

Beginner Tumbling program is designed to teach the basics of tumbling like rolls, cartwheels, roundoff, handstands & walkovers! 

​

We offer two age categories for the beginner tumbling classes: 

Beginner tumbling ages 4-8 years 

Beginner tumbling ages 9-12 years

Duration: 90 minutes 

Intermediate Tumbling

Intermediate Tumbling program is designed for athletes who have their back walkovers and front walkovers and are ready to move onto handsprings. They will continue to work and improve on the basics of tumbling as well as work towards learning handsprings and connections. 

 

This tumbling programs is for ages 6+

Prerequisites:​

  • front / back roll 

  • handstand 

  • cartwheel / roundoff 

  • front walkover

  • back walkover

Duration: 120 minutes 

Advanced Tumbling

Advanced Tumbling program is designed for athletes to continue working on the basics of tumbling, as well as, to start learning back/front tucks, layouts, aerials, tumbling series connections, etc.

Tumbling programs are for ages 6+ 

​

Specialty Programs

Flexibility

Our 60 minute flexibility class will focus on improving athlete flexibility in splits, bridges, jumps, etc. 

This class is perfect for all athletes who are seeking extra assistance in developing their flexibility.

*This program is offered for both our recreational and competitive athletes

Strength Training

Our 60 minute strength training class will focus on improving athlete strength and endurance. 

This class is perfect for all athletes who are seeking extra assistance in developing their strength and endurance to further advance their training.
